VBE Literary Review Release

For purposes of reviewing and considering literary works whose copyrights
are the property of the Submitting Party, Ved Bok Entertainment, Inc. (VBE,)
and the Submitting Party understand and agree to the following:

1. The Submitting Party is releasing all submitted materials to be read and
reviewed by the production staff of Ved Bok Entertainment, Inc., as well as
any parties that VBE deems necessary for the complete review of the
submitted work for production consideration.
2. VBE will not distribute, publish, or otherwise make available to any
unnecessary person the Submitting Party's work.
3. VBE is under no obligation whatsoever to offer negotiations for purchase
or options of submitted works; the Submitting party is under no obligation
to negotiate with VBE should it offer opportunities for purchase or option
of submitted works.
4. VBE will not engage in any production activities with respect to the
submitted work prior to negotiation of a literary purchase or option between
VBE and the Submitting Party. Negotiation of purchase or option agreements
will not take place until the VBE's complete review of the Submitting
Party's work and VBE's reply to the Submitting Party regarding their
decision on the work in question.
5. VBE guarantees that all responses to submitted works will be postmarked
within thirty calendar days of VBE's receipt of the submitted work.
6. VBE offers no compensation for the consideration of literary materials
for production purposes.

Ved Bok Entertainment, Inc., for the purpose of perusal, analysis, and
consideration for production. The Submitting Party has read, understands,
and agrees to the terms set forth above.
