The TEC along with the help of the Amsterdam UNIFACE Lab have come together to create the UNIFACE Academy. There are three new curricula for the UNIFACE Academy that exist. These curricula are open to all Compuware employees from all Compuware Branches.

   The TEC and Network Services have come together to create a Service Level Management Academy. The purpose of this Academy is to provide instructions on Compuware tools and information on Service Level Management to Compuware employees.

   The Oracle Financials Academy has been designed to provide instruction and hands-on experience in implementing the Oracle Applications. This course was designed for the analyst that has no experience in implementing the Oracle Applications and minimal practical business experience. However, it is assumed that the analyst has the ability to grasp both business and technical concepts.
