Ved Bok Entertainment, Incorporated is a privately held Michigan C-Corporation founded in 2000 by owners and officers Benjamin W. Karl and Jeffrey J. Miller. Based in Livonia, Michigan, VBE was founded with the purpose of producing both industrial and creative films and videos. The production of creative endeavors have been funded up until now completely by inside capital. Future creative productions are to be subsidized partially by funds generated from sales of industrial production services as well as by outside investors.
VBE plans on producing a return on its creative projects via distribution to the national film festival circuits, as well as theatrical and home video distribution resulting therefrom. VBE also plans to slowly discontinue its offering of industrial production services over the next ten years in lieu of a completely creative operation focused on feature film production. We are currently seeking outside investors for future films. Our demo reel and business plan are available upon request.
